You have finally booked your session and are looking forward to your intimate boudoir photoshoot experience right in the heart of London, On! You browse the portfolio, some are nude and cleverly posed to censor themselves but others have amazing lingerie. WHERE DID THEY GET THOSE PIECES? So you think What am i going to wear!? Don’t you worry, not only do we have body chains and jewelry in case you show up to your shoot with nothing, but we’re going to share with you a few places to get lingerie online if this is not something you do everyday.
Shopping for lingerie can be daunting for everybody, especially online. Will it be the right size? Will it look good on me? That’s the risk of online shopping. A small here is a medium there and a large from this country.
Size charts and consistency seem to vary across the board. Make sure to look for return policy and shipping times. The important part, at least for me and for your shoot, is ‘will it photograph well?’
Here are a few options that ladies swear by that have lots of options, some risque, some modest without breaking the bank.
A weird place to start but where it shines is options. It’s an incredible resource for finding lingerie that’s not too expensive with an amazing return policy. Shipping rates can be insanely fast. Just make sure to read up on the reviews and don’t take a chance with a shady looking seller. A tip I use is find something you like that has really high ratings by lots of reviewers, then see ‘what other customer’s bought’ you’ll be lost for hours coming across things you never would have searched for!

They cary these guys at the stag shops in town and it’s who we do a partner ship with. While it may seem strange that they sell them in a store with sex toys, they have some of the best collection for full figured gals. Their sizes cater to every body and you get to try them on in store! Oh yea, did I mention that when you book a shoot, you get a whopping discount? Last time I took a client there, she spent double what she was originally going to because she got so much ‘free’ stuff as a bonus.
A great place if you’re on a budget and also for anyone looking for plus-sized pieces. Pretty fast delivery and excellent customer services. Body inclusive and they even have some accessories too. Cuffs and lace bondage ties that will look great on camera.

Canadian made but the price reflects it, get one of a kind items that are always photogenic. Lot of models and Canadian influencers use this brand for their professional instagram accounts.

You can get some dirt cheap pieces from here but remember it’s shipping from China and may take some time to get to you. Also there is known to be some sizing inconsistencies so make sure to double check the size chart.

Another Canadian place where they sell lingerie alongside sex toys. Pretty cheap bodystockings which are great for the nude not nude feeling. Speaking of which. Get the nude body suits. So you can be covered but in the photos look like you aren’t!
This is an interesting one and not for everybody but it’s basically the kijiji of high end items. You can find vintage/couture brand items for really cheap but they are not new. You can always filter by new if you’re not comfortable with your disinfecting skills.

Right off the bat you get a huge discount code just for singing up. Take a peek at the sales section and you’re bound to find something you like. Sizing is generally consistent and they have sales on the big holidays. Body suits are my personal fav to shoot and they got plenty over here.
I hope that helps on your journey to find the perfect outfit for your shoot. Shopping online can be scary, especially for lingerie but it doesn’t have to be. Don’t leave things up to the last minute because i’ve had several clients shoot before their orders came in. So think ahead and factor in those delivery times. Take a very close look at sizing charts and accuracy and read as many reviews as you can. If they have a return policy it will give you a chance to try it on and return it, that’s why it’s very important to get started on lingerie shopping WAY before your shoot. Give yourself ample time to make mistakes. In the end, if you find nothing and show up with nothing but your birthday suit to the photoshoot, know that we got you covered. Through strategic posing, we can make sure no bits are showing and with our accessories closet, you won’t feel so bare. I highly recommend body suits on everyone and do not recommend corsets at all. They may fit the theme for pinup style shoots but for me they are not fun to work with. They will bunch everything up and leave lines that sometimes take hours to go away.
