Pole Parties
This year we started the tradition of hosting pole parties. It was so much fun that we repeated it three times. It was a great atmosphere because we had a bunch of ladies who were already comfortable with each other supporting each other. Mentally but also physically, as some of the poses were hard to get into. Having a spotter helped accomplish the more difficult ones and also was a good morale booster. We had snacks and reveal parties as well, as we went through the photos together and laughed and picked the best ones. The pole dance community has been a favourite of mine because of the body positivity and just general women supporting women to own who they are and strut their stuff like the star they are.
